What is the correction gears for the drive gear and the driven gear on a 91 auto. I know that on a 6 speed its a grey 15 teeth gear and a purple 42 teeth gear.Is it the same for a auto tranny.

Is that so? First, the 42 tooth driven gear is green. The purple gear is a 43 tooth driven gear. The correct speedo gears depend on several items, besides the year and the trans. The tire size and gear ratio are equally important.
It's a 91 with a 700R4 tranny
upgraded to 3:54 gears
Tire's 275/40/17
Stock drive gear is red 17 tooth
Stock driven gear is white 36 tooth
My question is to correct my MPH reading do I have to go with a gray 15 tooth drive gear and a purple 43 tooth driven gear can someone confirm this for me, and is the part# for a gray drive gear for a 700R4 (8642620)

That is correct. The driven gear is 25513050. You will also need a 10456092 VSS.
