85 l98 vette p/s pump question???
i was going to be ordering a chrome power steering pump for my 85 vette l98 engine, i belive the stock one is refered to as a gm type II pump, correct? well i was just doing a bit more research when i was told belt routing for the vette and belt routing for the camaro turn the pump in the oppisite directions? what is up with that? arent they the same pumps? or is someone incorrect with this information? please someone let me know if there are more than 1 style of this type pump?

You could try going to an auto parts store, like AutoZone, etc., and have them look up the part number for a replacement pump for your Vette. Then see if it's the same part number for any of the 'F' body cars in the same general year range.
Many times, certain parts are interchangable.
