Help me understand LV8 values
I see values ranging from 32 up to 208. Is LV8 just a number proportional to throttle response? If it is, what would a value of 160 be? Would it be like 75 % throttle? And if so, why use that value and not a TPS value?
Basically how do I know how to interpret the LV8 numbers?

It's not just TPS, it's a calculated variable. RPM plays a significant role. Consider going up a hill at low speed, your TPS may only be 30% but your LV8 can be 180. I remember reading more detail about it and I'm sure someone on here will have the calcualation.

think of it as how many grams could be in the motor (rpm x engine volume) versus how many are.going in. 255 is the max just because thats how the math works out in the analog/digital converter part of the programming.
