Ok I recently replaced my gaskets on my runners and plemum because the car was runing like crap and I thought I had a vacume leak but that did not help. The car has a horrible time starting some times I have to crank it so long that the battery drains so much It has to be jumped. when the car does start while driving it it stumbles a lot and at times with the gas pedal all the way down the car does not accelrate at all but limps along. I checked the plug wires and the fuel pressure at the fuel rails and it is at 45-47 psi. Im not sure if there is still a vacume leak. but to me it feels like the engine isnt getting enough fuel now im leaning towards the injectors.

Please help
I'm no expert, but I would be thinking clogged fuel filter first, that's cheap! Pressure at the rail doesn't always mean sufficient volume!
Then I would look to injectors...sounds like you have plenty of fuel coming to the rail if the filter is clear.
Do remember though that it takes air, fuel and spark at the right time to create combustion
I had the exact[I][U] same symptoms about a month ago. After $1700 of problem solving and diagnosing it turned out to be the injectors. I would change the filter too, what can it hurt as jackdaroofer said, its a cheap.
