Default Wiring Help

I replaced my battery today on my 92 LT1 and noticed 2 wires near the battery that were cut. I tried to follow them into the car with no resolve. The wires are red and red with black stripe. They are coming through to hole that the wires come through for the air bag sensor. There are a couple of little things not working inside the care but I dont know if they go to this. My lights on the sun visors do not work. My horn is not working, and Radio just makes a hissing noise. Does anyone know what these wires go to??

Thank you
Gary
