Fastest LT1 C4??
Is there a list somewhere?? I'd like to know what kind of times they are running....
I am helping tune/build my friend's C4 now...so far its gone a 9.8 in the 1/4....
Got some trick things we are doing now to hopefully improve on that...
Thanks,
Paul

Basic: 383ci AFR heads, custom solid roller cam. 2 stage Nitrous setup.
Still 6 speed with the IRS.
Going with some Dart Pro heads (converted for reverse cooling), Victor Jr. Intake for use with EFI, and a different nitrous setup.
I am also building some "big" 1 7/8" longtubes!
Hoping to get some solid 9.60's @ over 150mph...
Car is a true street car too...still has A/C, powersteering, etc...nothing taken out (yet)....
I know we were pretty fast for being an LT1 C4...I just wasn't sure where we stood with the rest of the guys...

I´ve took my c4 to the strip today and made a 12.43 120mph with street tires 275/45-17.
On first, second, third gear not so well with the grip.
Hope to do a low 12 or high 11 with slicks.
Not the fastest c4, but pretty fast with no slicks I belive.

That's great Andreas! With that kind of mph you should be able to run 11's on some sticky tires...
What were your 60 foots??? What's your combo?? All motor??

60 feet are 2.02.
Have a stroker 383 eagel 4340 crank, 5.7 eagel I sir beams, srp pins, ported heads with 2.00 intake and 1.57ext Magnum pro roller lifters 1.52 with titanium retainers and custom made hyd roller, ported intake with holley TB 58mm, longtube hooker hedders, 2.5 flowmaster, no cats.
Ed Wright chip, SVO 30lbs, holley inline fuelpump and regulator.
6speed man, and 3.45 rear.
It runs great.

That's true. 1/4 mile should be titled "quickest"
