Default Disconnected Grounds?

While servicing the antenna motor on my 92 convertible I noticed two pairs of black wires hanging next to the frame behind the left rear wheel well. Each pair was connected by a ring terminal which was just dangling loose beside the frame. I checked a service manual to see if these were identified in the grounding section but the diagram shows nothing in this area. Everything works fine..lights, etc. Is there another C4 owner who might check his car in this area to see if you have grounds connected to the frame on the left rear. I am assuming that they need to be attached to the frame but I was hoping to put them back where they belong if I can locate the fastener or hole for one.
Thanks in advance for any input

Those wires are part of a change GM made to improve radio recetion on C-4's and don't really connect to frame. Hope this helps.
