The Cross Frame does not even intersect the exhaust system until well beyond the headers. You should not have a problem with any header that I know of.

When I helped a friend install TPIS headers on his 86' vert, the Brace crossed under the cat, well behind the headers.
If you use the TPIS headers/front Y-pipe, you will need to have the rear of the Front Y-pipe bent up because it hangs down too low wether you have a cross frame or not. You can't even hook up the rest of the exhaust until you have it bent.
