Default 10 Day Camber-brace/Cross-frame sell!!!!!!!!!

I know the price of gas has really taking a junk out of everyone's mod money, including mine. So to help everyone out and to help keep R-D Racing in business, we are having a 10-day sell on Cross-frames. The sell starts today and ends on 9/18/05. Please order early as orders will be filled as received. There will be a 2 week lead time for orders placed during the sell and this could change depending on the number of orders, so call early to get on top of the list.

The sell price for the Camber-brace is $175.00 with free shipping to the lower 48.

The sell price for the Cross-frame is $360.00 with free shipping to the lower 48.

Please call or email for international shipping cost.

Thanks,
Dave

Great deal. I added the Cross Frame about a year ago, one of the best mods I have done, really helped the handling out.

This is a great deal. I've got all of Dave's chassis bracing on my 91 Z-07, Camber Brace, Cross Frame (solid welded X section version) and S/T Frame. I you can find a stiffer C-4, buy it. My Vette handles great.

Hey Dave

I have an 88 vert and i have butchered my cross frame members over speed bunps, etc

Will your frames bolt into a roadster without modifications? Are they lower or higher with respect to road clearance than the stock cross frames?

thanks

I experienced a real side benefit of installing the Cross Frame that I wasn't expecting. After engine modifications, I was having major problems getting any forward traction on street tires. The rigidity added by the Cross Frame not only increased traction on initial take-off but also nearly completely eliminated the fishtailing that often occurred when the A4 shifted into second at WOT, which at times would get the car out of shape to a dangerous degree.

We have several customers that have updated their vert frame with the Cross-frame. You do have to install our nut serts for the rear mounting points, but they do not take away the stock mounting points, so you could go back to stock someday. You will gain a little clearance with the Cross-frame.

Thanks

Yes, you would have to drill 3 holes on each side and install the nutserts that come with the Cross-frame.

How difficult is it to install the camber brace on a 96 z51 lt1? Does it involve drilling, jacking up the car, special tools, removal of parts?

There's no drilling involved and it can be done with the car setting on the ground. You will at least need an 18mm wrench.

Drop me an email and I will send you a copy of the instructions.

Thanks,
Dave

Due to me being behind, I decided to extend the sell for one more week. It will end on the 27th.

Thanks,
