Need help with idle/stall problem PLEASE

I have a 1984 corvette automatic. whenever i drive it and i'm in idle it stalls. when i look at my dash cluster, the voltage will drop from 14.0 to 12.4 and below. When i'm in idle and i turn off the air-conditioning the car will stall.. I've spent over 2k to get this problem fixed, and it still stalls. I've taken it to the chevy dealership and they said it was a leak in the vaccuum seal. They replaced all the gaskets and it still stalls when i'm in idle.
Any advice/help will greatly be appreciated. Thank you

It sounds like either a vacuum leak or the TBs are not synchronized and don't the base idle set properly. Have you cleaned and checked the IACs and their passages?
