what kind of performace upgrades?

i am wondering what kind of performance upgrades would boost horse power. just regular suff, not turbo's or super chargers. i have a 350 crossfire injection engine. 84 vette.

How could we guess what computer will match your "another vette crate engine" if you wan't tell us WHAT "another vette crate engine" you have used? What codes are you getting? What is it the computer "always says there is something wrong"? How do you know, "it won't read it right"? Maybe what it says is wrong, IS wrong.
