No! there is no easy way that I know of. I have a 95 and had to replace the radiator last year.But once you finally get them out, turn the clips around and put the screws in fron the other side when putting it all back together. You can get to them from under the car were the airs going in. Good luck

I, too, found it easier from underneath. I was also replacing the air dam and it was much easier with it out of the way. For the time to take it off, it's worth it, even if you aren't replacing it.
I used just a small hand wrench. I really wish I had one of the the ratchet wrenches in that size.

I did this also. On the pass/side I removed the horn. To remove some of those small screws/bolts I went on the inside-air intake side with a small visegrip and loosen them (not from the hex side).
