Default stuck

Well, On my 95 I have new power slot disks and hawk pads on all three wheels but I am truly stuck in the right side front disk. I cannot get the figgen thing off. I have been applying PB blaster since yesterday, mashing on the thing with a hammer and its rock solid. I just do not know what I have to do to get this disk off. It was replaced by the previous owner 4 years ago. I cannot believe that much rust would lock it in so tight. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Have you tried a dead blow hammer, sometimes helps getting stuborn rotors or drums loose. This type of hammer gives a little more impact on the part and less vibration on your arm. I would keep soaking it with pb blaster and keep hitting at it till it comes loose.

Another thought is a gear or hub puller that can be rigged to help move the rotor forward off the hub. Good luck cmontel727

Thank you , yes I did get an old gear puller and that plus pb blaster it did come loose with a mighty crack. I did smear the hub with anti seize in the hope that it does not get stuck in the future. On my mitsu there was a hole in the disk into which you could screw in a bolt and it would pop the loose, neat idea.

I went through the same thing on both front rotors. Went to Sears and purchased a breaker bar 18" and that did the trick.
