Got hold of an old gear puller and with a few mods I managed to exert considerable pressure on the disk to the point that if this thing snaps I thought I am dead. Anyway the whole thing sat there and nothing happened. Time heat up the disk and see what happends, last hope and there was an almighty crack and it was off. I think I could have been hitting on that for a week and it would not have come off. I put a very thin coat of anti seize to prevent this form occuting again. Where there is a will there is a way.

Are you removing a brake disk??

If so, you might try lost of PB Blaster and a few sharp raps on it with tension on the puller.
