Seat Back Removal
Ok so I pop the spring on the seat bottom and out it comes no problem. But after wrestling with the seat back for 20 minutes 
afraid I'm going to crack the plastic shell trying to get it out.......I give up 
How do you get the back off?

Just slide your fingers in between the seat back cushion and grasp with your thumbs and fingers. Now push the seat back cushion in toward the middle of the seat back. This will disengage the clips on the back. Once you get one side loose the other side will slip out of the clips. After you remove the cushion you can remove the hard plastic shell by unbolting it from the bottom support.

Kehler: I had a fellow forum member ask me this question about a year ago and I made him some photos showing the back removed from the seat frame. These two photos show "how to remove" the seat backs. Send me an email to samlam@charter.net and I will send the photos to you. A picture is worth 1000 words!
