Wondering about a brake project
My dad has a really nice 96 Collector Edition, that he hardly ever drives. One of his friends has a 95 and wants to put Calipers like the ones on the CE on his 95. Basically only because he really likes the look and wants to have has fronts say Corvette.
My questions is this an easy swap, Could we just bolt the new calipers to the existing brackets. Is that at all a feasible project? Both cars have 13 rotors that I know.
I tried to talk him into doing the C5 brake upgrade but he wants to stay close to period with the look and have the same font. He is a purely cosmetic guy and that is why he was interested.
