I just had my TPIS headers coated by a local shop that applies Techline's Cermakrome. Asking if anyone else has used this product and what do you think about it? They are initially a dull aluminum color, but with a light buffy with fine steel wool they have a dull chrome look. So far they seem good. I'm installing tomorrow and will update you guys.
I am told that they are bullet proof and never peel. Also if they start to haze up under heat all you need to do is to polish with steel wool. The headers wer $600 and $300 coated, plus misc. Man, $1G for headers that's nuts , I hope my wife doesn't read this Forum thread.
