I've had blackouts like those for quite a while. You should be aware though that the tail light ones frequently fall out (I've had to replace one three times in the last few years). The front pieces are held in place by velcro and I had problems getting the velcro to stick until I got some of the stuff directly from the manufacturer (GT Styling). The fronts really look great and I have gotten several compliments.

I've had the front black out kit on my 86 for less than a year and it's already off. The double sided tape failed on one and just peeled right off on the other; and the velcro, while heavy duty, is just as unreliable.
I'd honestly say go for the static clings instead of the 'space filling' black out kits, as the double sided tape ate a nice sized chunk of paint off of my front bumper when it gave out. If I do a black-out deal again it's gonna be the clingers instead.

Anyone been harrased by Law Enforcement about the back blackouts? Does it tint the brake lights so much that they're hard to see? I'm strongly considering getting some front blackouts but haven't decided on the back ones yet.

Anyone have any pics?

When on distastfully modified rice cars, YES!! Here, Altezzas tail lights and balck outs on most import cars, borderline depending on the mood of the cop... Cops do pick on ricers a lot more than kids with Mustangs, GTOs, F-Bodies, and any other muscle car with better taste than most rice. I'm guessing as long as your car sounds like a V8, they won't pick on you unless illegally street racing or spinning tires.

I still have a dim tail light and have no mufflers on my 89 and have been in front of cops tailing me and still haven't been pulled over yet. Now if I was driving my Civic with ricey all show no go mods and/or had bad tail lights and had a fart canister for the exhaust, I'd more than likely get pulled and ticketed for faulty and/or improper equipment!
