Default electrical xpert needed. i messed up.

ran lead from MAP to Innovate aux input adapter to my innovate WB o2. i grabbed the input 4V to sensor and i should have used sensor signal to ECU.

ign was off and so was WB 02.

so 10 hours later i start car and seems a bit sluggish on crank and no fire. i will assume now i have 4V to innovate box and seperate signal to ECU as is designed.

i remove lead from map sensor. no help.

on innovate side it is in proper location not grounded!

check fuse inj 1 +2, ECU, and FP. all OK.

TBI injectors not firing? so i jump ALDL ground to G. no fuel pump running? no hhuuummmmm.

look at FP gauge(ihave one). no movement at all. it usually moves to 17.5 and bleebs down to 5 with ign off.

i run winaldl and see all sensors OK. crank again and no DRP checked in box? i assume i would see it check off. on cold crank. DRP needed to allow fuel pump to run? no codes in winaldl cept rich which is OK due to runnin OL. also no CE light. i cleared codes by disconnecting battery. no CE when ign on.

did not check for spark as no gas to fire.

help...

To test the fuel pump you use a fused jumper wire.
Connect one end to 12 volts and the other end to Pin G of the Diag. connector.

This will apply 12 volts thru the fuel pump fuse and then to the Fuel Pump.

Jumping Pin G to Pin A does nothing in helping to isolate your problem.
