You've posted this before - you need to be more specific: what doesn't turn off? A/C compressor - is it still engaged - lift the hood to verify if it's on or off. Blower Motor? If it's still pushing air out of the vents on high blower, that's usually in the circuit; not the dash panel. Can you raise and lower the temp? Control blower speed? Do the vents switch between Defrost, Heat and A/C?

climate Control Cleaning
Do a search on climate control. If your control buttons are not working or working consistently it's most likely your circuit board needs cleaning. I followed directions of removing the control module from the dash and cleaning the board with a pencil eraser and alcohol.
