ok so me and a friend change the battery in the dark finally we get it done so sense i dont have my license back yet we decide to race it around on my go kart track well normally the car can burn out really good this time the car doesnt and i loor it and nothing just like 15 miles per hour so myfriend says let me try he gets in and vroom vroom and its working now so i get out and tell him to and the car is idling at 28/100 rpms so would this be the throttle sticking and un sticking and if so how much or how hard to repair? thanks

The first problem I see is that you must not have a Corvette because I've never seen a tach on one that breaks down into 1/100ths. I would think idling at 28/100 rpms would be horribly low.
Um...... use some proper grammar dude, the internet will respect you more and think you are somewhat intelligent. Use some throttlebody cleaner on the butterflies, they sell it at all autoparts stores. He thinks his throttle is sticking from what I could gather. But you may have other issues. Get a shop manual, or haynes/chilton or something. Or get a neon.

How did you get your car to idle at around 1/4 revolution per minute? That is an extremely low idle for any internal combustion engine: your city gas mileage must be outstanding.
Use spell and grammar check and try again!

i had 6 speedin tickets in less than a year... and i lost it again driving without a license i liked to race on the highway and id drag my friends
Holy cow, brother! If I had that many tickets in a year, I'd have 18 points on my FL license and that means suspension for 3 months!! Settle down, and don't street race and brag about it here. Those threads get locked ASAP. Well, you can do it, just don't post it here. But anyways, its not my license...
Leave racing to the drag strips or a local track near you!
