Car running weird
Started last monday, started the car and the 'Service engine Soon' light came on and then when the car heated up went out. Now ever since then about every other day the car is hard to start. Then yesterday the car wouldn't start, I could smell gas so I let the car sit an hour and tried again and it finally started and blew black smoke for about a minute then was idling rough.
Anybody know what might be my problem, I checked for codes and there wasn't any?

It's tough to guess without codes without seeing it.
Check for codes again if any of what you spoke of occured after you checked for codes last.
Check all the usual suspects. Spark, vacuume, fuel, timing ect. It almost sounds like rich condition..maybe a leaking injector(s) but it's hard to speculate. Do some more investigation and let us know.

"it"(15) is your coolant sensor on the WP check the plug and/or replace the sensor.
