rear hatch supports
Do the factory hatch supports have the "c" type clamps like the aftermarkets ones? Everyone aftermarket I seem to try rattles. Anyone know of a brand that is tight or like the factory? Why is there a difference in lh and rh for original replacement ones but not aftermarket?

Can't answer as to why there might be a difference, but I just got some from Mid America Motorworks and they fit perfect.
I think they are orginal GM parts, as they list a left and right. Or part number 600-280 is for a set (two). Save a little that way, and you really want to replace them both anyway.
