Limitations of Pocket Programmer 2
If so, what all would be needed to do it?
Most PROM's since about 1993 are solidered directly to the PCM's main board and would require being unsolidered and a socket put in their place so that you could use the PP2.
The PP2 can program just about any chip made though.

I have one and love it. It works very good, never had a chip failure. I used it on may chips, including the Flash chips used in the PCM on my '95. I unsoldered them and installed sockets - thanks to a failed flash attempt using my laptop.
