Default 87 Convertible - Water Leak problems

Have an 87 Convertible , When it rains heavy , floor carpets are getting wet. I changed ALL weatherstrips , w/shield post, conv top , outer door seals , windlaces , door w/strip , rear deck w/strip and put on a New convertible top . Does anyone have any other suggestions , things that I can check??

Thanks

JB

I Had The Same Probem When I Replaced All My Weather Stripping. I Also Had Wind Noise When Driving. I Adjusted The Weather Stripping, Those Brackets I Hope You Didn't Glue Into Place Cause You Need To Get To The Medal Strips That The Weather Stripping Mounts Have Adjustment. After I Adjusted It All Know Leaks And No Wind Noise.

Wish You Luck.

My Vert would like during heavy rains and I found it was leaking from the cowl vents. The drains are tiny and clog easily. I'd start there especially if the leaks are not obvious, but you have wet carpets.

Could you tell us more about this?
I haven't replaced my weather stripping (It has some life left in it) but I would like to get rid of some wind noise.
Thanks
