Default Locating Vacuum Leak

Anyone have any tricks re. how to locate a vacuum leak. I've got the S'Ram and access is tight. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jack

A can of throttle body cleaner with the straw. Start the engine and start squirting it around anywhere it could be leaking. When the idle changes...you've found the leak('s).

Try a propane torch. With the engine running, open the valve (no flame!)
and place the opening near suspected leaking area. The engine will rev when you get close. WD-40 works too.

My new favorite way is to use the propane. This replaced my old favorite way of using starting fluid. My eyebrows and eyelashes have grown back in nicely

Hahahahaha.....got a little "blow back" did we?
Propane torch works well with the LTR setup...but the clearances are really tight in the SR, the straw on the TB cleaner will reach in and under things and allow you to get right up on the suspected leaks.
