Default Running rough, MAP sensor bad? Injector?

The car is idling poorly, occasionally stalling after the new top end.

Above 3500 RPM it starts to vibrate. Also seems down on power but I'm not really getting into it yet do to the fact that I just got it all back together.

Opti's fine (new), I have spark at all 8, double checked plug routing and it's correct.

I unplugged the MAP and there is no change, could this be the problem? I did gank it with the chain when I pulled the motor out the second time (forgot to take it off), I just can't see myself being this lucky and it's a simple fix...

I'm also thinking it might be an injector, kind of seems like a misfiring cylinder (vibration leads me to think that one is not firing). Is there a better way to check other than pulling the fuel rails off and watching them all spray fuel all over my engine bay?

TIA!
