Default R-D Racing Fall Specials??????????

Ok Guys, it's time to move some steel and create some cash flow so that R-D Racing can survive another winter. Let me know what you're interested in and I'll see what I can do on the pricing. Of course, if we can get a GP together on an item, the pricing will always be better. Feel free to drop me an email, post it here, or give me a call.

Thanks,
Dave

Ooooh... I might actually be able to afford something this year!!!

I am most interested in the roof thingy... I wanna use my top out more around here (SoCal) and with the roof out, the car is an absolute mess.

I recentaly installed the camber brace on my 87 coupe. I think, next, I would be interested in the frame X bracing. We have a new SCCA course under construction about 13 miles from my house, so I may do some racing.

Man, if I could sell some stuff, I'd be interested in the S/T Frame Support. A buddy of mine is putting one in his racer right now. That thing is sweet and the fit is beautiful. Is it SCCA legal as a roll bar if it's welded in?

If you weld it in, it will meet all the SCCA GCR rules. We use 1.75"/.120 wall dom tubing to handle the weight of the car.

I saw a couple of these at Kershaw this past weekend. They do talk about a "broomstick" rule, something about 2" above your helmet?

NCCC is no problem.

NHRA, will depend on how fast you are running. It does meet tech for a 4 point unit when welded in place.

Tom,

The broomstick rule comes into play when you have a roll bar installed in a convertable.

I'm looking for a 4-point harness for Stock class autocrossing, what would I need for that?

You would be better off with a 5-point, you will need the Cross Bar or the S/T Support Frame. Call Dave, he'll get you set up.

Am I the only guy who hasn't purchased a camber-brace? If not, I would love to see a GP.

Yeah, Dave's just waiting for you to buy one. Then he can quit making them!

Seriously, man... Ya' gotta get the Camber Brace - you'll wonder how you ever lived without it!

Does the Cross Bar do anything for handling, or is it mainly for the camera mount and the belt attachments? It's what I'd like to add next (I think).

I am thinking about a cross bar with 5pt harness next year. One guy bought one and loves it. The cross frame is way cool as far as performance goes.

That was the first R-D product I installed. It makes a very noticable difference.
