Exhaust leak?

Exhaust leak?
Hey guys, I have a 95 lt1 6 speed with 72,000. When i get around 3,000 rpms i get what sounds like an exhaust leak near the front on the passenger side, then when the rpms pass 3,500 it smooths out. A couple of times i started it and the exhaust would leak condisation rite underneath the cat on passenger side, so maybe that could be it. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated
