hey Brand X my pop and I may be interested in that offer.. we have a 94 LT1 vette we are going to put a P1SC kit on, it is stock engine etc etc right now but have a built shortblock heads cam engine in the wings waiting to go in.. shoot me a PM if you are interested.. he is ready to get that car dialed in, also the kit is not installed yet, but if you need it to be, I would be more then happy to put it together. also I am not a picky prototype customer.. I have some mechanical ability so you wouldn't need to worry about call backs..

I'm still trying to work out the kinks. The crank pulley is done (see photo below), the bracket and tensioner are being built, the last thing to have built is the replacement optispark cover. I've gotten some quotes for a billet piece but the price I got makes it, well, unappealing. I'm certain I will find an acceptible solution.

Looking really good so far. Look like you are going with traditional distributor ignition?

Default 8 rib tester?

Hello Brandx,

I've got a 94 with a psc-1, 383 forged bottom end, is rated at 490hp/500+ torque, need a 8-rib and would sure like to be in on your project. I'm in Eugene, OR, but I will be making a trip to Orlando Feb23-March3rd if you wanna talk.

Hey Bruce,
I'm going with an LTCC, LS1 conversion (currently on order and awaiting delivery) but the Delteq or distributor (i.e., MSD Dual Sync) were/are all options. However, I wanted to keep it simply where all you had to do was bolt on a cover on the optispark and plug-in a Delteq or LTCC and you were done. If I get real serious, the crank pulley (an ATI SFI cert. pulley) can be ordered with flying magnets.
Once I get it all together, I post some more photos. Below, the photo shows the optispark and crank pulley installed (plug-and-play ready) but it isn't as clean as I hoped for. Once I get a show quality piece, I'll post more photos.
Chris

There are good 8-rib conversions already available for the Vortech kits (i.e., www.carrollsupercharging.com). They are a supporting vendor on this site and I believe you'd be happy with their products.

My project is specifically for LT1, C4, dedicated 8 & 12 rib drives, Procharger conversions for P1SC thru F1R head units. I've got a couple of volunteer test mules already but I do appreciate your offer.
