Default time to add mods

ive had a 95 burgundy a4 vette since august, and im saving up my money to mod the sucker and im about to start this christmas. im looking at just making it an auto cross beast and a good quater mile car, im looking at doing l/t headers, taking the resanotor off and putting an x or h, and borla stinger mufflers. soon after that im looking at putting 4.10 gears in, suspension, lid, and in the next year or 2, lt4 heads, lt4 mild cam, and a lt4 intake.

i just wanted to get yalls opinion on it and i want to know what on my vette is weak and that i would need to change out on my car with these mods. Thankz!

well,if you plan on doing 1/4mile with sticky tires, and mods planned, you should consider upgrading the rear to a D44,(3.54 or 3.73 gears)which is stonger than the D36 you have now.How many miles are on the car?Is it original transmission? If its got near 100kmi,I'd get the trans.rebuilt first before engine mods with a higher stall(abot 28-3000 Torque converter),and modified valve body.also,a good tuneup, and computer tune will be a must when changing gears.give some more info about your car(miles, rear axle, state of tune etc.)

its completely stock, its got around 56,000 miles on it, its got a stock rear axle, and the car runs freakin good. and i think other guys have this problem too but my car always tend to run hott expecialy when i stay still for a while, and yeah of course im going to get some tires, and what do you say about my trans ive been told to grab a t-56 from a junk yard
