Default Scan Question

I am using Datamaster and have noticed some thing act different on my 92 vette than when i used it on a 95 camaro. Are the fuel trims actually left and right readings? In the datamaster manual it says that it is only left and right for SFI engines, whereas my 92 is batch-fire. I was playing around and noticed that as i unhooked the injectors one at a time, it didn't matter which side of the engine, but the left fuel trim reading was the only one to change. Is this correct?

If you only have 1 O2 sensor, then you only need to look at the LH readings.

It has 2. It's just that the Datamaster manual acts like it only reads one side, and pulling injector connectors only results in a change in the left reading as well, even if i pull a connector for an injector on the right side.

What datamaster bin are you using? The reason I ask is you state you used it on a 95 F-body and that is a differnt bin then the 92/93 Corvette uses. THe 92/93 ECM use the DA bin and the 94/95 use the EE bin

92-93 Y-body 5.7L MFI (LT1) DM32xDA Bin
93 F-body 5.7L MFI (LT1)

94-95 F-body 5.7L (LT1) DM32xEE Bin
94-95 Y-body 5.7L (LT1)

I'm using the correct DA software, it just seems to respond unusually to things. It's like the Right side reading is unphased by anything i do to the engine, it just goes to 108 and stays there. Even if i unplug injectors on the right side, it stays at 108 and the left side starts rising to 135, 140, 150, until i plug the injector back in and it returns to around 118.
