Engine out? Measurement please.
What is the centre-to-centre measurement between
the mounts in the cradle of a C4.
Is this the same from '84 through '96?
Thanks,
Ken R.

whatever the measurement is, I am pretty sure it's the same for all years.
the small block itself never changed.

That is a fact. But the LT1 does have a diff motor mount ,you can install the old style on the LT1 it has the bolt holes. I did and threw it in an 86.

Hopefully someone in the midst of their project or who
can point me to existing info will notice the thread
and join in with a dimension.

Yes, the centrelines of the bolts that pass through the engine mount
pads connecting them to the brackets on the cradle.
Very helpful and the picture is a benefit.
(Speaking of the picture, that one tells a story and an unhappy tale
it is.)
Thanks,
