We dorve out to Bowling Green, Ky from FT Campbell (1hr 20mins.) for my 1st 1/4 mile run. There's plenty of room for improvement. Right now I'm running a 1985 L98 2.73 rear gears, street tires, stock 700r4, 2600 stall, 383 stroker, stock plenum/ stock runners and 58mm throttle body. The 1/4 mile is a big difference from running on a 1/8 track.
This spring I plan to have a dana 44 3.54 or 3.73's, linelock, shift kit in the tranny, super ram intake, headers, and drag radials . I hope this will get me into the mid 12's

Pretty good, I'd say. The 60' times improved each run. With just gears and some tires, you'll probably be knocking on the 12s. And with everything, hell yea!
