Default How do I pull the Bose Reciever Box?

1990 Service Manual Eelctrical Service Supplement 8A, Figure 24, page 8A-201-9, shows the amplifier relay under the left side of the I/P. Imagine resting your head on the brake pedal looking up and back to the steering wheel; diagram shows 4 relays: fuel pump #2, amplifier, (then the turn signal flasher) on left (right side of steering column) and the starter enable and A/C clutch relays to the right (left side of column). I have no ampl relay -- the space looks like it was never there. Did GM move the relay and publish a service manual update? Must be somewhere because the Bose has worked until last Wednesday -- maybe some gremlins came in and stole relay and wiring and all?

OK, I figured this out -- duh -- I don't have a fuel pump 2 relay becuz I don't have an LT5.

Now: have diagnosed that I need to have the reciever box serviced. Pulled the right hand lower cover and glove box (that was no help). Do I have to pull the whole I/P upper cover to get at the reciever?!?!
