I will never use the stuff I think too much of my cars! to ruin them I compare it to drugs (a quick rush sooner or later you pay the price for using it)

Thanks for the knowledge. Drag Racing is just as bad on parts, rearends, trannys, tires etc etc.

Mine's a mutt system with NX lines and nozzles and NOS accessories. Works great!

I don't think n02 is any harder on parts then other poweradders. I blew up an engine with s/c alone. It's all about taking no shortcuts and choosing power levels within tolerance levels.

NX IMHO has the best kits for the LT1 on the markett. The noids are second to none and with none of the distribution problems of some of the plate kits. Just somthing to consider but I went with a progresive controller to help save the life of the 44. The FJO controller I chose was $200 and allows me to bring the nitrous on progresive using either RPM or time as the controlling factor. It also has a TPS switch, window switch, first gear lock out and muti stage if I ever decide to add a second stage. another alternative to the NX with all NX parts is the nitrous outlet brand kit. I have a compucar setup that I scarped the plate and went to the nossel with and as sson as i get a few $$$ will go to the NX noids as well.

Holy ignorance. Atleast give a mechanical or scientific basis for a statement like that. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts how HP created with nitrous is somehow more detrimental to parts than horsepower created in some other way.

Mine is also a cobbled together system of various companies parts. IMO, NX solenoids are the most reliable, and NX will re-build them for life for free. I'd probably buy an NX kit just because of that.

I like NX kit, I used to have them on my 93. If I ever want to go nitrous again I would try TNT.

I've been around and have seen countless motors, transmissions, rear ends ect damaged on all forms of high performance mods. Thats just racing. The irony here is none were from nitrous. The only one nitrous mishap I've witnessed was user error.

Why do people so WANT nitrous to be evil?? When someone sends a blower through the hood or frys their motor or dumps their rearend on the track with any other means of modding like Turbos or Superchargers or just over built natural aspiration, no one thinks twice about it.
It does happen as often or more so. I dont get it.

I run a NX MAF kit. Verry clean install, good power and can upgrade to a second stage should you decide to. It also comes with a WOT switch. I haven't had another kit to compare it to, but I'm verry happy with it.

I have seen so many wrecked cars in the junk yard, I am going to stop driving my car cause it might get wrecked. Logical? To each his own though. You won't get much sympothy in this section.

I like to call my system a Hybrid, it's made of, CF, NOS, NX and Dynotune. I will soon be primarily Cold Fusion. They are all basically good kits, just look for, quality, fair price and customer service.
