LT1 head gasket thickness options
I know about the two OEM options, the Corvette .049" and the Impala .029" that I'm currently using. I also know of the Felpro which is .039". Without going to the expensive custom Cometics, does anyone know of one that's about .034"-.035"? I know it seems like a small difference but they'll be used to maximize quench right at the safety limit with my new block.

If you've never seen the Cometics, you might want to reconsider them. They are more expensive, but can be made to your specs and IMO are a lot stronger than a traditional gasket. Given the PITA of a blown head gasket, spending an extra $75 or so might be justified.
