I dunno Tim, but I did used to have a dual guage pillar pod mounted in my vette...I would think 3 pods is a little much since two pods pretty much took up the entire A-pillar.
It can be done, but I recommend getting a spare A pillar piece and doing a little cutting and molding with the pods to get them to look really nice. Use a little bondo and then repaint with some black paint to match it all back up. I have gone this route before with good results, sorry I don't have pics it was years ago and about 3 vettes ago.
Any with even the double pod, please post some pics. I'm headed down the same path & really would like to not choose between an A/F & fuel pressure for the second gauge. Both would certainly be better.
Years ago, before they had a dual vette panel, I used a dual panel for an 88 Firebird and a Vette single.
Just did a little trimming on the dual and it looks OK and fits.
The Vette single guage sticks out far enough to be seen.
I've since painted the EGT bezel black, looks better.

Here's a picture of my double pod setup. You can see that if you moved them down closer to the dash there would be room for another single. You would want to do some work to make it look good, but there is room.
