Default Replacing fog lamp bulbs

What is the procedure for changing burned out bulbs for the fog lamps in a '94? I looked through the tech tips but didn't notice any ideas.

I just replaced my stock bulbs yesterday with 50 watt Sylvania 886 bulbs. To replace them, there are two access hatches on the underside of the front bumper left and right of the radiator air duct. These have one fastener each that needs to be removed and you can then access the flood lamps. They are the "L" shaped 90 degree angled lamps which are much easier to twist from thier mounting hole. You might scrape your hand up at first trying to find the lamp, but it is an easy replacement.
Good Luck - BTW the stock replacement bulb is an 896
