It's in the passanger side of the dash. You can remove the hush panel under the dash to get to it.

By hush panel do you mean the panel directly over your feet/legs on the pass side?? I already have this out and I see nothing.

Remove the black kick panel on the passenger side get out your flashlight and on your back underneath the dash. you will see a long beige plastic piece with 2 bolts burried in a nest of wires. remove the 2 10mm bolts and the ecm with insert will be able to be removed. pull straight down and twist slightly and there is 2 i think 7mm bolts to access the chip if thats what you are looking to do. but if you are removing anything or plugging anything electrical in, disconnect the battery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good Luck!

Standing on your head is mandatory for working on these cars.
