It just showed up in the mail one day, about a hundred years ago. It appears to be a compilation of photo copies. I believe it came from Chevrolet. I received it one day, unsolicited. Way back when...I ordered all of the TSBs when I ordered my FSM. It may have been sent afterward, because of that. The top of the cover says, "(bow tie emblem) Chevrolet" in the same style and script as the top of my Chevrolet Power Book. It has no form numbers, copy rights, or any other identifying info, as to what it is or where it came from. The first few pages are general info as copied from The Corvette Black Book. Then it contains what looks like all of the MVMA specifications, which was definitely prepared by Chevrolet, and some pages from a "Product Description Manual", mostly "process sheets". Also, there are some option charts, RPO lists, power train combinations, and other production data. I'm sorry I can't lead you to where it came from. It's been too long and I didn't save the envelope. Memory tells me it came straight from Chevy's customer relations dept.
