Due to the heavy rains the event was cancelled and reschedule for September 22.
Since the first round was not started/completed the points standing remains as is.
So mark that date and get ready for 9/22.

Just want to say thanks to those of you who came out today. The track was terrible, but we had a good time till we got wet.
Some of us went out for a nice dinner, had a good time.
Man, see that's what I was talking about. Driving 5 hours just to get rained on. I tried to also make a Mustang club and Corvette club here in my area. Prepped my car at 4:00am left the house at 5:00am but half way to meeting the others, the rain started to fall. I will try to make the next one if I don't have a autox event.
When I got at the track (9am) to run & test in the AM, my car was running 12.70s by 3 PM between the heat, humidity, & poor track conditions (from all the street tired cars) I was running 12.90s & had to leave the traction control ON to get any kind of traction..
Just before the first was run was about to start, the air started to get cooler (the cold front was approaching) & my weather station went from 12.96 to 12.72 in a matter of 20 min..
I was dialed 12.80... I took into account the poor traction.. then it was called :(
See Guys/Gals! The WAXMOBILE DOES go in the rain! I really need to put the wipers back on though :conehead (dunce in this case). Just in case! That's the first time I was caught in the rain like that in a LONG TIME.
See you on the 22nd. I also will upload some pics. JP.. I took a REALLY good one of you launching. I'll see how it looks later today!
I was ready to take you all on with my slo-mobile when the rain started. It was almost a relief from those weather conditions though.
It was the first time to see familiar faces in three weeks and to meet some new Forum members. In spite of the weather I had a good time.:seeya
Frank, after I got off the cell phone I didn't spot any red Vettes so I headed up to Fort Lee to show off my 35th to a friend and get some help replacing my passenger side window switch (stuck half open in that rain:cry).
John, those photos look great with the wheels but soon I'll tell you how to get your chassis to work, like mine, so that doesn't happen and you may pick up .05 in you 60'. :D
Glad you liked the photos. I'll get one of it HANGING BOTH one of these days. Traction has been an issue lately for you JP so we'll be standing by when it DOES HOOK.
Redgar and Boweryboy did a nice mean burnout
I hammered mine QUITE hard on the way home from the beach house.. I forgot how strong this motor pulls :D.
