I was backing up in a busy parking lot buy myself, stopped coudn't see any cars in front of me so I was going foward and (not on purpose) jumped the front of the car onto a tall parking lot curb, I get out and looked underneath. the car is literaly high centered (curb is right up at the factory cats) My back tires still had traction. So this is what I did, probably not the best but I put in reverse and scrapped the car off the curb backwards ooouch!!! My father says I broke a motor mount makes sense to me, Becuase now when I drive the car at low speeds low rpm coasting it runs fine and smooth. When I get on it any time gun it I hear and feel a vibration like parts underneath grinding or shaking (even when car is neutral and I give it gas) No b.s. Could this really be a motor mount problem?
The only way I see you finding out for sure is to put the car on jackstands and get up under it and check it out. I would say its also possible that you bent up the flywheel dust cover. Its pretty flimsy, although I've done that before and it made noise at all rpm levels.
