What's the third issue ???????
If you have a service ride control light on, you have the FX3 option. There is a small motor (Acuatorts) on top of each of your shocks, I have the same on my 94.
The experience I have had so far is 2 of the actuators have gone bad, one of them had a small gear break inside, and the other was the small metal gear on top of the shock broke.
I found them on ebay, had to pay $100.00 for each one and they were used.
The are very expensive new, and hard to find, but my advive is to pull the code and see which is causing the problem. You can then swap it with the one on the opposite side of the vehicle, let it set a code again, and then pull the code. This will tell you if the actuator is causing the problem. Be careful about taking it to someone as my experience has been that most folks will have you replacing parts that are expensive, like the control module. (Don't ask me how I know this.)

Did you cycle the car over 3 times with out moving it?
Get a paper clip and go through the code retrieval process and identify which one is the culprit.
