Not a clue on vettes. But I always had to make mine( they do make AC delete boxes for camaros & firebirds that keep the heater blower)
Just rip it all out & fab up some sheetmetal. The biggest thing is SEALING. You could use RTV, but I would highly suggest the black gasket putty stuff( I cannot remember off hand what it is called). You can walk into any Toyota dealership & get it. It comes in a roll & you can wad it, shape it, ect. Toyotas use it around the AC lines that run inot the passenger compartment of the vehicle & any other places you cannot make a gasket or seal. I'm telling you this stuff is AWSOME. I'll try & get the name of it today, if I have a chance to step out of the house.
Give a call to these guys. They do not do vettes, but they may know where to get you a Ac delete box( through the supplier of their boxes maybe).
