Default Fastest Street-Driven LTx's??

I'm curious about who some of the faster street driven c4 lt1 & lt4's on the board are......feel free to chime in with your times, rwhp, tire size and general setup.....currently I'm eyeing a 396 w/ ported AFR 210 heads and a healthy dose of nitrous.....hoping for 450+ rwhp on engine.

Here's the dyno sheet from my 383, I don't have any times for it yet because I've been working too much to get it to the track...but that'll be taken care of before the good weather in Phoenix goes away!!

The engine is all motor, no nitrous or forced induction

Holy cow Zix! Those are some killer numbers out of a 383. Mind posting your combo?

Here's my original post when I had the engine dynoed...it should give you a good idea of what was done. I posted pics of the heads on the 3rd page if you wanted to look at them as well...but yes, it's a big hydraulic cam and big flowing heads. But this is my daily driver, and it drives smooth and easy!

EDIT...kinda helps to post the link I suppose...

As soon as I saw the title of this post, I knew Zix's name would appear. After riding in his, mine feels like a Volvo.

Zix---- I see in the other thread a reference to Grime's (sp?) work costing about $3k, with a 20% discount.......what all did that include, parts, assembly and labor on the engine???....what charges for the head/intake porting?

thanks!

Those were the charges for just the head/intake porting/assembly/parts for the heads (valves, springs, retainers...). That has nothing to do with anything on the bottom end of the engine and that was also with me supplying the heads. He's not cheap...and you could probably get 90% of his work for a lot less...but I wanted that extra 10%, and dammit I paid for it!!
