I do not have any experience with sport seat maintenance... "yet." Mine are still functioning properly... cross your fingers!
I have found excellent customer service at Corvette America. They have an excellent website to research at and is user friendly in ordering. Be sure to get one of their hard copy catalogs. It is VERY well laid out, and has all sorts of component diagrams to assist in determining what part(s) you need.
I looked in my catalog and they do appear to have the component parts to repair the C4 sport seats (Page 380).

Pull one of the motors out and remove the pump from the motor. You will probably find that the pump diaphram has committed suicide and is preventing the motor from running. While you have the pump removed from the motor, hook the motor up and see if it runs without the pump.
If so, all you need is the pump.

If its the diaphram, you can cut a new one out of a pair of rubber gloves and save the cost of a new pump.
