Which NGK Plug for the LT4?

Which NGK Plug for the LT4?
I can't remember the number of the plug for the LT4 but used the NGK TR55 I think it was for the LT1? Can anyone set me straight? Might be that the same plug is used for either engine? :chevy

Jason is right the TR 55 is the stock heat range replacement for the LT1/4, I run a TR 6 which is a step colder for the NOS
