Wheres Vettenuts when we need him?
Usually the drain **** is on the bottom of a radiator below the lower rad hose on the right side with GM cars. One needs to go under the car to see it, or try and find it from the top and reach wayy down.
They can be tough to spot..not sure if the 90 style is moved elsewhere.
If you find a plastic ****, use pliers to loosen.

The drain plug is in the lower right hand corner on the back side of the radiator. It is on the inside of a hole about 3/4 inch in diameter. You will probably need a pair of regular pliers to get it loose. RT side=passanger side.

Be careful with those pliers! You sure don't need them to tighten it. There's a good and soft rubber gasket that seals it very well when hand (finger) tightened.
