Question on 7730 ECU...
My question concerns the sockets...The sockets on my 730 are (left to right) -

The first two sockets are black & combined, although two connectors plug in. The third socket is yellow, with no letters.
I've read that all GM part #'s are interchangeable...But there's no "BD6" or "GE14"... :rolleyes:
It was free, so I'm not out anything...
But do I have the *wrong* 1227730???... :(

So on the 730 side, the first letter is the connector color (even though mine is yellow not green), the second is the line, and the number is the position on that line...Yes???
CORRECT
And the yellow (or green) connector is E & F even though there's *no* letter???...
CORRECT, read it like the other 2 connectors

I just took the O2 sensor wire connector off the donor Sunday (harness, no car), so I'm pretty sure it was an EFI car...'87 Cavilier 2.0 Auto is what the paint on it says...
...That sound right??? :confused:
